FEAGIN SUCCEEDS MCBRIDE AT HOLLAND & KNIGHT    Bill McBride has resigned as managing partner of the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, which includes a number of admiralty attorneys.
   Holland & Knight’s committee of directors named Robert R. Feagin III as managing partner for the remainder of McBride’s five-year term, which expires in'March 2002. Feagin, 62, has been chairman of the firm’s directors for nine years.
   “I am exploring a potential candidacy for the Florida gubernatorial election in 2002,” said McBride, a Democrat, who has taken a leave of absence from Holland & Knight. McBride has been based in Tampa. Feagin has been based in Chicago.
