A day after announcing its acquisition of GENCO, FedEx said it had acquired Bongo International in order to bolster the integrator’s e-commerce offerings.
Details of the transaction were not released. In a press release, FedEx said Bongo’s“technology and processes provide a comprehensive and integrated end-to-end solution that helps retailers and e-tailers grow by reaching international e-commerce consumers.”
