FedEx Custom Critical Inc. said it has enhanced its online Shipping Toolkit to enable customers to quote, schedule, track and map shipments as well as view corresponding shipment documents.
The toolkit feature is on the FedEx Custom Critical Web site, at http://www.fedexcustomcritical.com . The site's 'quote' option can et detailed rate quotes with corresponding transit times. The 'ship' feature enables customers to set up their expedited shipments online. Shipment information including pickup and delivery times and shipment status is also available.
The 'detailed track' feature provides information on company and contact names for shipper and consignee, freight details, and pickup and delivery times.
The 'shipping documents' section allows registered users to view and print copies of the shipment's bill of lading, proof of delivery and invoice. The 'account summary' feature aids in bill payment by providing copies of outstanding invoices, available in 30-day increments up to 90 days.
