FedEx Freight Canada, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp., on Wednesday opened a new service center in Alberta.
Located on Wrangler Crescent SE in Rocky View County, the new center handles FedEx Freight’s less-than-trailerload shipments throughout Western Canada.
“This is a strategic location within our vast network of centers across the country,” Grant Crawford, vice president of international for FedEx Freight. “This new center offers all FedEx Freight customers greater access for all their domestic and international shipping needs. We expect to continue to grow in this market.”
The new 60 truck-door facility is located on 18.6 acres. It joins a network of more than 350 FedEx Freight service centers across North America.
