FESCO names Norton Lilly North American sub-agent

FESCO names Norton Lilly North American sub-agent    FESCO Agencies North America (FANA) said Tuesday it has named Norton Lilly International as its sub-agent for North America.
   Vladivostok, Russia-based FESCO (Far East Shipping Co.) will use Norton Lilly to handle all of its documentation, logistics, accounting and claims handling functions.
   FANA president Aspi Rostami said his company is making the transition as it looks to expand into Asia and increase its existing services in Australia and New Zealand. FANA is based in Seattle.
   He said FANA hopes to make the transition seamless, noting 'We went as far as making sure all the agency staff based in Virginia Beach, Long Beach, Chicago, Seattle and Vancouver remained the same, including phone and fax numbers. Our business is all about relationships and customer service and this just underscores that point.'
