FESCO changed its board of directors at the company’s extraordinary general meeting held on July 5.
The first meeting of the new board of directors took place in Moscow on July 27.
The board of directors named Alexander A. Lugovets as the chairman of the new management board. Lugovets is also president of FESCO.
Pavel I. Gorupai, a vice president of Fuel & Energy Complex Investment & Development Agency Ltd., was elected as the chairman of the board of directors of FESCO.
