Fire ravages Pakistan shipping line building
For the second time this year, a fire has ravaged the Karachi offices of the Pakistan National Shipping Corp, the Press Trust of India reported over the weekend.
On Sunday, one person was killed and four injured when a blaze erupted in PNSC's 16-story building near Pakistan's biggest port. Another major fire hit the building in February, said to be caused by a short-circuit.
After the second fire, company and government officials are not ruling the possibility of 'subversive or terrorist activity.'
“We are going to carry out a full-scale investigation into this fire because they are certain things that appear strange,” Pakistan Minister for Shipping and Port Babar Ghouri tolf PTI.
