Fish and Wildlife moving Miami clearance center

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Miami is temporarily moving its Cargo Clearance Center to a new location.

      Beginning Tuesday, Fish and Wildlife started conducting its cargo clearance operations from the law enforcement office located at 10426 N.W. 31st Terrace, Miami.

   The Fish and Wildlife window will continue to operate 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. All non-perishable wildlife entries should be dropped off between 8 a.m. and noon.

   All 24-hour advanced notifications should be faxed to (305) 526-2695 until further notice. For import/export inquiries, call (305) 526-2789, extension 10.

   For clearance of live or perishable shipment of fish or wildlife after hours, on holidays or weekends, contact the inspector on duty at the digital pager number (305) 841-0041.
