Fitzgerald has been executive vice president and chief operating officer of ocean services for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics in Oslo since July 2004. Prior to joining Wallenius Wilhelmsen in 2000 he was an executive at Crowley Maritime.
ASL, with its U.S. headquarters in Park Ridge, N.J., manages a dozen companies including American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier and American Auto Logistics, companies in which Sweden’s Wallenius Lines and Norway’s Wilh. Wilhelmsen group are also investors.
