FKI LOGISTEX PICKS WILLIAMS AS BUSINESS DIRECTOR    FKI Logistex Real Time Solutions, a provider of material flow solutions, including conveyors, sortation and palletizing equipment, has appointed Tom Williams as director of strategic business development.
   Williams previously was president of Professional Services Inc., a consulting firm he founded.
   FKI Logistex is based in Emeryville, Calif.
