French freight company Flash Europe has continued its expansion by taking over the British express logistics provider v-one.
Flash said this acquisition is important because of v-one’s success with automotive markets. Flash also said v-one will round out its time-sensitive freight offerings for both air and road freight.
James Griffiths of v-one will be head the company in the United Kingdom.
Flash’s operations now cover 78 countries from 35 offices. The company made more than 400,000 deliveries last year, as well as provided air charter services, on-board-courier offerings, and multimodal shipments. The company’s key markets are the health, banking, and automotive sectors.
