The FMC SERVCON system will have faster information retrieval and more reliable system architecture, the FMC said.
The agency said the new SERVCON will have the same look as the current system with the exception of a small change in the menu selection screens. Filers will be able to view only menu selections they need for their own activities, with menu options such as “file contracts” or “view personal directory.” There will no longer be menu items such as management or “view flagged contracts.”
Filers will continue to access SERVCON via the FMC Web site http://www.fmc.gov and will continue to log on to the system in the same way, but new passwords are being sent by certified mail to all filers so they can access the new system.
