FMC publishes final rule for NVO service arrangements
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has published its final rule for non-vessel-operating common carriers to enter confidential service arrangements with shippers.
The rule, which becomes effective Jan. 19, may be found on line in the Federal Register at
