FMC receives 15 OTI license applications The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Harold Kass Worldwide Moving, Chicago (Jonathan Tovy, president); Global Partner Logistics NY, Little Ferry, N.Y. (Yoon Ho Cho, president); Moog International, Pittsburgh (Ronald P. Moog, president); M&H Shipping Corp., Kew Gardens, N.Y. (Fuliang Zhou, president); Diarama Export, Miami (Dinorah P. Aguiar, president); Honda Logistics, Tokyo (Yoshiki Ishda, president); and Barconsa S.A., Miami (Winston F. Barberan, president).
   The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Panda Logistics Chicago, Wood Dale, Ill. (Cooper Chao, chief executive officer); Excel Express Cargo Corp., Miami (Carlos Parra, vice president); Idea Global, Louisville, Ky. (Michael L. Smith, manager); Transmec MP USA, Bensenville, Ill. (Bozidar Vavich, president); and Diversified Global Logistics, Memphis, Tenn. (Linda R. Snyder, president).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Jamaica Worldwide Shipping, Orlando, Fla. (Selvin Gabriel, president); Combitrans Logistics, Houston (Luis Acosta, president); and Acs Logistics, Grapevine, Texas (Richard Hulbert, director).
