FMC REVIEWS 11 OTI APPLICANTS, REVOKES 14 LICENSES    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from JUC Ocean Express of El Monte, Calif., Nai Hui Wang, director; Hermes International Movers Corp. in Astoria, N.Y., Ioannis Ladis, president; Bravo International Group Corp. in City of Industry, Calif., Chi Hao Hung, president; Embarque Puerto Plata Corp. of Bronx, N.Y., Hayda Garcia, president; Excel Freight Logistics in Inglewood, Calif., Nick Tsu-Wei Lin, president; WT Cargo LLC of Miami, Francisco Celedon, president; Frederic International Co. in Hacienda Heights, Calif., Chih-Hui Cheng, vice president; and Railway Express of Kearney, N.J., Mark Carrera, president.
   The FMC received an NVO/ocean freight forwarder license application from HMM Logistics USA of Cerritos, Calif., Kee Soo Pahk, president.
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from TISCO Logistics in Pasippany, N.J., Gang Qian, vice president; and Pacific Ocean Ship Management Co. in San Francisco, Alexander J. Bennett, president.
   Persons knowing of any reason why these applicants should not receive licenses are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington.
   The FMC revoked 14 OTI licenses. Some licenses were voluntarily surrendered by the OTI, while others were revoked for failure to maintain valid bonds. These OTIs include Adulrazak Morgan Farah of Gardena, Calif.; AJ International Shipping/Logistics in Jacksonville, Fla.; Brye International in Valley Stream, N.Y.; Cargozone Trans Corp. in Rancho Dominguez, Calif.; Global Network Financial Services of Miami; Greenbriar Forwarding Co. of Metuchen, N.J.; Magna Transportation in Houston; Mega Express of Buena Park, Calif.; Maritime Express in Houston; Pac West Trading and Transport of Torrance, Calif.; Packers Enterprises in Wilmington, Calif.; Silken Fortress Corp. in Hawthorne, Calif.; Vankor Logistics Int’l (USA) of Inglewood, Calif.; and YKL America of Carson, Calif.
