FMC reviews 11 OTI applications, revokes 15 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Global Port Ship Lines, Prole, Iowa (Timothy F. Pontier, president); Amer-Asia Trading Corp., Aiea, Hawaii (Thang Huy Pham, president); NSM Logistics, Cream Ridge, N.J. (Sandeep Sharma, president); Oceanika Express, Miami (Luis Suarez, president); and Marco Polo Logistics, Franklin Park, Ill. (James Ya-Hsiung Wu, president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from R.T.I. Shipping, Hollis, N.Y. (Tyrone Singh, owner); Anchor Global (USA), Oackton, Va. (Hao Peng, president); General Logistics Solutions, Miami (Alejandro Orsini, president); and Servicios Hondurenos, Houston (Mendez Alvarez, sole proprietor).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from ACD Cargo, Miami (Mercy Flores, president) and Oceanpac Transport, San Pedro, Calif. (Nobuyuki Kase, president).

   The FMC revoked 15 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are AM Express, Houston; Action International, Miami; Associated Customhouse Brokers, Dania, Fla.; Commodity Forwarders, Los Angeles; Consuelo E. Kelly, Overland Park, Kan.; Global U.S.A., New York; International Express, Miami; International Freight Management, San Mateo, Calif.; (John) Kyungsoo Lee, Carson, Calif.; Maraly International Corp., Miami; Marco Trans Corp., New York; Onebin.Com, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Pioneer Logistics, Elk Grove Village, Ill.; Reliable International Logistics, Union City, Calif.; and Sea Traders Lines, Houston.
