FMC reviews 11 OTI applications, revokes 4 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Pioneer Shipping Logistics, Rego, N.Y. (Xiao-Zhi Lou, president); St. Lucia Express Freight Services, Doral, Fla. (Tammy S. Kelly, president); Multi-Trans Shipping Agency, City of Industry, Calif. (Calvin Kan Cheng, president); Transair Express, Hillsborough, Calif. (Chia-Chi Chiu, president); Ri-Time Logistics Corp., City of Industry, Calif. (Biyu Gao, president); and Gammacor, Tukwila, Wash. (Cecilia Almonidovar, president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Hughes Int’l, Edison, N.J. (Yiduo Hu, owner); American Trans Solutions, Doral, Fla. (Hector Eduardo Velez, chief executive officer); Summer Breeze Transport, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. (Tom W. Brown, president); and Freight Services of West Coast Corp., Los Angeles (Soci Mayor, CEO).
   The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from B.R. Anderson & Co., Seattle (Stuart A. Harris, co-president).

   The FMC revoked four OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are All World Services, Miami; Formosa International Freight Forwarder, Valley Stream, N.Y.; J&N Transportation, Buena Park, Calif.; and North American Van Lines, Fort Wayne, Ind.
