The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Hughes Int’l, Edison, N.J. (Yiduo Hu, owner); American Trans Solutions, Doral, Fla. (Hector Eduardo Velez, chief executive officer); Summer Breeze Transport, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. (Tom W. Brown, president); and Freight Services of West Coast Corp., Los Angeles (Soci Mayor, CEO).
The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from B.R. Anderson & Co., Seattle (Stuart A. Harris, co-president).

The FMC revoked four OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are All World Services, Miami; Formosa International Freight Forwarder, Valley Stream, N.Y.; J&N Transportation, Buena Park, Calif.; and North American Van Lines, Fort Wayne, Ind.
