FMC reviews 14 OTI applications, revokes 17 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 14 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from United Globe Cargo, Miami (Constanza Nakamura, president); Moving Services International, North Miami Beach, Fla. (Bogdan Koszarycz, manager); Sparrow Freight America, Carson, Calif. (Gregory Harold Pearson, managing director); and Pacific Global Consolidators, Inglewood, Calif. (Raymond Tse, chief executive officer).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Caribika, Miami (Felipe Trauttnamsdorff, president); Sys-tems Logistix, McMinnville, Ore. (Brian Bauer, president); Cargo Specialists, El Segundo, Calif. (Anthony Johnson III, president); Tronex Logistics, Miami (Craig Robinson, president); Atlantic Pacific Global Logistics, Oyster Bay, N.Y. (Ashley Russell Nichols, managing director); Sea-Line-Cargo, Elizabeth, N.J. (Edickson Burgos, president); and Hanjin Logistics, Oak Brook, Ill. (Michael J. Radak, vice president).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Contour Logistics, Hatboro, Pa. (Vera Sumetskaya, president); TRB Group, Springfield, Mo. (Terrell R. Barkett, president); and D&B Logistics, Charlotte, N.C. (David J. Kocan, president).
   Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington.
   In addition, the FMC revoked 17 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are Access Freight Forwarders, Miami; Brittain International, Brownsville, Texas; Challenge Warehousing, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Delta Line International, Miami; Domar Enterprises, Houston; E.M.W. Freight Forwarding Corp., Miami; Expressair Cargo, Miami; FITS Ltd. Liability Co., Kingwood, Texas; FTS International, Jamaica, N.Y.; J.E. Lowden & Co., San Francisco; Michael J. Loprimo, Port Jefferson, N.Y.; New York Forwarding Services, Berkeley Heights, N.J.; Ocean Conco Line, New York; Paula Solano, Bellmawr, N.J.; Rimtech Int’l Transport, Torrance, Calif.; Seven Seas Consultants, Kingwood, Texas; and Super Freight International, Wood Dale, Ill.
