FMC reviews 38 OTI license applications The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 38 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

(Metin Nerkis, president); OK To Ship, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Choua Mandil, president); Nakamura Air Express (U.S.A.), Los Angeles (Shiro Kobayashi, operating officer); Konoike Transport and Engineering (USA), Wilmington, Calif.
