FMC reviews 38 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 38 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from BJ’s Cargo Express Corp., New York (Benjamin Jimenez, director); Sun Ocean Logistics Corp., Los Angeles (Christine Y. Lee, president); Fama Shipping, New York (Jose N. Guillen, vice president); Ireh Logistic Services, Long Beach, Calif. (Sunny Kano, chief executive officer); LLK Logistics USA, Jamaica, N.Y. (Metin Nerkis, president); OK To Ship, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Choua Mandil, president); Nakamura Air Express (U.S.A.), Los Angeles (Shiro Kobayashi, operating officer); Konoike Transport and Engineering (USA), Wilmington, Calif. (Jeff Lelchuk, managing member); Cargo Control, Massapequa, N.Y. (Anthony Paolino, vice president); K&M Shipping, Anaheim, Calif. (Murhaf Abobaker, president); AKM International, Jersey City, N.J.
