The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received six ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier and ocean freight forwarder license applications from Cargo Care, Riverview, Fla. (Matthew Toomey, manager); Procargo USA, Miami (Jorgelina G. Crespo, manager); Smartex Corp., Miami (Juan C. Betancourt, president); and Three Oceans Transport, Tampa, Fla. (Graham Bott, president).
The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from All Points Global Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Laura L. Weast, president); and AtsaCargo, Miami (Maria Taveras Nunez, president).
Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license are urged to contact the FMC's Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
