FMC reviews five OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review five ocean transportation intermediary license applications.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Monarch Logistics, Orinda, Calif., William C. Hughes, chief executive officer; Fargo Group, Gardena, Calif., Donna Liyun Lee, vice president; A.O.T. Gulf Ltd., Houston, Nikki Almond, branch manager; and Starbridge USA Corp., Deerfield Beach, Fla., Charlotte Pejcinovic, president.

   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarding from Global Cargo Alliance Corp., Miami, Jamil Atallah, president.
