FMC reviews OTI application
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received an ocean transportation intermediary license application for review.
The agency received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Cargo Alliance Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Ming Wu, president).
