FMC REVOKES EIGHT OTI LICENSES
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has revoked the licenses of eight ocean transportation intermediaries.
Three OTI’s surrendered their licenses voluntarily: Alkahest Logistics Inc., New Hyde Park, N.Y.; Lynx International Inc., Eagan, Minn.; and Summit Trade Specialists (U.S.) Inc., Medford, Ore.
Five licenses were revoked for failing to maintain a valid bond: August Jackson International Inc., Tampa, Fla.; Golden Jet Freight Forwarders, Hawthorne, Calif.; Hudson Transport Lines Inc., New Brunswick, N.J.; Mega Transport Inc., Inglewood, Calif.; and U.S. Brokers Inc., Boston.
