FMC SETS TSA INVESTIGATION REPORT RELEASE DATE
On April 11, the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission intends to release the results of its investigation into the contracting practices of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement liner carrier members during the 2002-2003 service contract season
FMC Commissioner Joseph E. Brennan has headed the investigation since it began last year. The investigation is based on request from the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America and the International Association of NVOCCs.
