Service contract filings will no longer be accepted under the Federal
Maritime Commission’s dial-up Automated Tariff Filing and Information
System after the close of business, Sept. 30.
Beginning Oct. 1, all service contracts will have to be filed through
the FMC’s Internet-based system.
Filing via the Internet requires a log-on identification and password.
To obtain an ID and password, request a service contract registration form
