World Cargo Alliance has named Peter Kaspar as regional director in charge of the European office.
The organization already had Asian and North American offices.
World Cargo Alliance said its members in every region have begun pooling their freight volume to take advantage of the network’s buying power.
The forwarder network recently announced its 500th member office.
