Abdel Nur, a Guyanese national, turned himself in at a police station in Port-of-Spain. Two other suspects, one Guyanese, one from Trinidad are being held by authorities in Trinidad, while another man, a former air cargo worker at JFK is being held in New York.
Since arrests in the alleged plot were first announced Saturday, some press reports have raised questions about whether the suspects really had ability to successfully carry out the attacks.
