FREIGHTGATE ACQUIRES CARGO INSURANCE COMPANY
Freightgate, Inc., the freight and logistics software company based in Huntington Beach, Calif., has announced the purchase of CargoPolicy, Inc., an online cargo insurance agency.
CargoPolicy was a former strategic partner of Freightgate.
Freightgate also appointed Lawrence R. Graf, III, president of CargoPolicy, as its director of business development. Graf founded CargoPolicy in 1998.
