Fritz Cos. has promoted two executives and realigned its international
and domestic operations.
Richard Gervais was appointed executive vice president of the San
Francisco-based company’s North American operations, and a member of the company’s
executive committee.
Gervais was president of Fritz Starber of Canada, which recorded the
highest customer satisfaction levels and most consistent growth among all Fritz worldwide
operations. He served with Fritz Starber and its
predecessor company for 28 years.
Billy Tse has been named managing director of Asia/Pacific operations,
including North, Central, South Asia and Indochina.
A 36-year industry veteran, Tse has been with Fritz Cos. 16 years, and has
been responsible for developing the company’s Asia market.
Gervais and Tse report directly to Lynn C. Fritz, chairman and chief
executive officer.
Michael Rolls, managing director, Australasia; Fred Schardt, managing
director, Europe; Albert Benki, managing director, Latin America; and Gary Friedman,
senior director of Fritz Domestic Services, continue in their current assignments.
Dennis L. Pelino, who has been responsible for international operations, has
left the company after 13 years to pursue other interests.
