Gaffney named to Jacksonville port board
Gov. Charlie Crist has named Reginald Gaffney to the Port of Jacksonville board of directors.
Gaffney, executive director and chief executive officer of Jacksonville's Community Rehabilitation Center, a nonprofit mental health facility, replaced outgoing board member Marilyn McAfee.
The appointment of Gaffney, as well as fellow port board appointee L. Buck Fowler, must be confirmed by the state Senate.
