Gaines named CFO of YRC National Transportation
YRC Worldwide Inc. has appointed Phil J. Gaines to senior vice president and chief financial officer of YRC National Transportation, its newly-formed segment consisting of Roadway and Yellow Transportation.
Gaines has been with YRC Worldwide for over 17 years and was most recently its senior vice president for investor relations, government relations and corporate development.
Todd M. Hacker has been named vice president, treasurer and investor relations head for YRC Worldwide.
