Ganda to head ICTSI’s Portland terminal
International Container Terminal Services Inc. said last week it has named Elvis Ganda chief executive officer and general manager of ICTSI Oregon, the terminal operator's facility in the Port of Portland.
Ganda was president of California United Terminals in Long Beach, and before that was deputy port director for port operations for the Massachusetts Port Authority. He also held positions in Oakland with liner carriers APL and the now defunct Sea-land Services.
Philippines-based ICTSI won a concession in May to manage the T-6 container terminal in Portland for 25 years. It's the company's first U.S. facility.
