GENCO adds executive to manage unsaleable division
Supply chain management company GENCO said Thursday that Doug Ford has joined its unsaleables business unit as their vice president of business development.
Prior to moving to GENCO, Ford worked at SC Johnson & Sons for 12 years, serving as reverse logistics manger for the past five. As reverse logistics manager, he led development and implementation of all key reverse logistics strategies for full case returns, unsaleables, secondary market sales and repacking operations. Ford has been a board member of the Grocery Manufacturer’s Association, Unsaleables Steering Committee since 2000, serving most recently as its co-chairman.
