Genco said it has priced a stock offering at $67 per share. It intends to sell 3.2 million shares and a selling shareholder is offering 846,045 shares of common stock at $67 per share.
Underwriters have an option to purchase up to an aggregate of 405,500 additional shares to cover overallotments.
