General Freight tabs Higgs to lead international division

General Freight tabs Higgs to lead international division    General Freight Services, Inc. has hired logistics veteran David Higgs to lead the company’s international logistics division, the Atlanta-based company said Thursday.
   Previously, Higgs was chief executive officer of GeoLogistics/Lep International in South Africa and later moved to the UK division to lead sales and expansion in that country.
