GEOLOGISTICS NAMES JAVAD CIO
GeoLogistics Corp., the California-based logistics group, has named Shar Javad senior vice president and chief information officer of its logistics and freight forwarding business.
Javad has more than two decades of experience in transportation, most recently at Ryder Integrated Logistics and CSX Sea-Land Logistics. He has a background in e-commerce solutions and supply chain management, GeoLogistics said.
Javad will lead innovation in information technology offerings, the company said.
