Gersling replaces Jansson at NYKCool
NYKCool AB said Mats Jansson will retire March 31 after 15 years as chief executive officer, and be replaced by Boris Gersling.
Also leaving the company by March 31 is Lars Rutberg, chief operating officer.
Gersling, 41, is regional vice president in charge of NYKCool’s South America activities and will move from Santiago to Stockholm. He began his shipping career with J. Lauritzen 20 years ago and has held management positions in Denmark and Brazil before assuming his present position in 2003.
