GETA PREPARES FOR ON-LINE BUSINESS SYMPOSIUM    The newly formed Global Electronic Trade Alliance is preparing for its
first on-line business symposium at the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner,
Va., on Dec. 5.
   GETA was created by customs attorney Robert Pisani of Katten Muchin Zavis’ Global Trade Advisory Group to provide a forum for companies involved in Internet-driven business and international trade to discuss and address regulatory, policy and operational issues.
   Speakers at the symposium include Samuel Banks of From2Global Solutions, Kevin Delli-Colli of U.S. Customs’ Cyber-Smuggling Center, Marynell DeVaughn of the U.S. Bureau of Export Administration, Gordon Forsyth of American Shipper, John Leitner of W.J.
