Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), a healthcare technology and services company, is expanding its supply chain services by acquiring TriSolve Ltd. in Bradford, United Kingdom, coming at the heels of its French acquisition of the Beep-N-Track solution from Implanet.
TriSolve currently provides consulting and support with systems integration and management to National Health Service (NHS) Trusts and suppliers. NHS is the publically funded healthcare system of England and Wales.
GHX will take over Trisolve’s employees and existing customer base.
Bruce Johnson, GHX president and chief executive officer, said the acquisitions are part of an ambitious three-year growth plan in Europe.
