Glaser appointed president of Arnold Transportation Services
U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. has appointed Thomas Glaser as president of Arnold Transportation Services Inc.
Glaser will join the company on July 14 and assume day-to-day operating responsibility on Aug. 2.
A long-time trucking executive, he was president and chief operating officer for Celadon. Prior to that, he had senior operations and sales positions for Contract Freighters Inc.
U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. said its fleet of 7,500 tractors and 22,000 trailers makes it the nation’s third-largest privately owned truckload carrier.
