Global Link Logistics, Hipage pick Management Dynamics software    Global Link Logistics, a provider of supply chain software, and The Hipage Co., a provider of customs brokerage and freight forwarding services, have each contracted with Management Dynamics, a provider of tariff and contract management software, for technology to handle ocean rate tariffs.
   Global Link and Hipage will use NVOCC Tariff Publisher, an integrated module of Rate Explorer, Management Dynamics's software, to manage all aspects of a rate tariff, including adding and updating rates as well as searching for them.
   'Tariff Publisher allows us to integrate tariff maintenance with our internal operations and take control of the tariff filing process,' said Gary Meyer, chief operating officer of Global Link Logistics. 'We were up and running in no time at all.'
   'We had been using a third-party tariff publishing service for years, but discovered that with the same level of effort (using Tariff Publisher), we have better control, improve our accuracy and reduce our costs,' said Bill Davenport, corporate export manager for The Hipage Co.
   Management Dynamics is based in East Rutherford, N.J.
