Globe Express Services opens Beijing office, rebrands in Canada Globe Express Services Ltd. (GES), a Charlotte, N.C.-based third-party logistics provider, said Thursday it has opened a new corporate office in Beijing, China, and also rebranded its Canada operations as GES (Canada) Globe Express Services Ltd.
   With the new office in Beijing, the company now has eight locations in mainland China, with the other offices located in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Xiamen, Tianjin, Ningbo, Qingdao and Dalian.
   GES said the Canada name change is part of its wider “Rebranding Initiative” launched in February to 'freshen up' its image. The company first entered the Canadian market in 2006 as Manlog Logistics Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of GES.
