Godfrey will be responsible for business development of marine transportation and international projects, including Foss' petroleum projects around the world. He will also oversee Foss' Marine Transportation Operations group.
A 23-year veteran of the tug and barge industry, Godfrey was vice president of sales and marketing for Foss' parent firm Marine Resources Group, also based in Seattle.
He will report to Gary C. Faber, Foss president and chief operating officer.
