Prior to his appointment, Goh was regional express manager for Emery Worldwide in the Asia Pacific region. He has also held management positions with Yellow Consolidation Services and FedEx’s Southeast Asia region.
OIA recently acquired PSD International in Los Angeles and Hong Kong-based Westrans to build up its operations in the Pacific-Mideast region. The company has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Manila, Dhaka and Colombo.
