Goon has worked for the PSA group for 37 years, a period during which PSA evolved from a statutory board managing the state-controlled port of Singapore into a multinational engaged in multiple port businesses around the world.
Goon developed and oversaw implementation of corporate policies relating to international business, operations, staffing and general management. He spearheaded PSA's participation in 14 overseas port projects.
