Great Wall Airlines selects Wallace Air as North America agent

   Ahead of its entry into the U.S. market, Shanghai-based all-cargo airline Great Wall Airlines has appointed Wallace Air Cargo Group Inc. as its general sales agent in North America.
   The airline will June 1 start a three-times-weekly service using a Boeing 747-400 freighter connecting Shanghai and Seoul with Seattle and Chicago.
   'All of us are very excited at the prospect of helping to extend Great Wall's global freighter network into Seattle and Chicago,” said Ned Wallace, president of Wallace Air. “We look forward to representing a young but admirable carrier which is service-oriented and customer focused. I am sure that U.S. forwarders will be quite pleased with the high quality service that the airline provides.'
