Greencarrier expands in China

Greencarrier expands in China    Swedish logistics specialist Greencarrier will expand in China by opening offices in Ningbo and Xiamen.
   These offices will join Greencarrier’s existing locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
   The company next plans to open an office in northern China.
   “We are looking at Dalian, Qingdao and Tianjin and have set a target date of early 2012, although it may happen before that,” said Niklas Olsson, chief commercial officer for Greencarrier.
   Earlier this year, Greencarrier acquired logistics company PTS UK, which focuses on road traffic to and from Scandinavia. It also offers added-value services including facilities for sorting, order picking, remarking, shrink wrapping and labeling of goods.
