GRUPO TMM RECLASSIFIES SHARES

GRUPO TMM RECLASSIFIES SHARES    Grupo TMM, the Mexican multi-modal transportation and logistics company, has reclassified its shares into a single category of “A” shares.
   The group also announced that it will replace its current “TMM/L” stock symbol by “TMM” on the New York Stock Exchange.
   Grupo TMM has a controlling interest in the Mexican railroad Grupo Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana, S.A. de C.V.
   “We reclassified our two stock series into one for operational simplicity and ease of communication within the investment community,” explained Javier Segovia, the company’s president. “Our new organizational structure is a publicly traded corporation with all operations conducted through individually branded and focused subsidiary corporations.”
