The combined entity manages more than $100 billion in goods for a customer list that includes the Adidas Group, Caterpillar, Coach, DHL, Electrolux, HP, Levi Strauss & Co., Kohl’s, Nestlé, Patagonia, Pfizer, Renault and Weyerhaeuser.
The merger, announced in January, pairs the strength of Oakland-based GT Nexus in visibility and logistics spend management with the strengths of New York-based TradeCard’s in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. The merged company will be based in Oakland, with regional operating centers in New York, Germany, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India and Sri Lanka. American Shipper reported on the merger in its February issue. – Eric Johnson
