GULF AFRICA LINE ADDS FOURTH VESSEL TO SERVICE    Gulf Africa Line, the niche U.S./Africa carrier, will introduce a fourth vessel into its fleet next month.
   The Le Li, a multipurpose ship, is scheduled to join the carrier’s service on Dec. 16, at its first port of call in Savannah.
   Gulf Africa Line will increase the frequency of its service to a sailing every three weeks.
   The service currently serves the South African ports of Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Mauritius, and the U.S. Gulf ports of New Orleans, Houston, Mobile and Savannah. Other ports are served on inducement.
